Why Location Strategy Is Central to GBS Success:Ā Participants will examine why the question of where work is sourced and performed is not a one-time decision but an ongoing strategic responsibility. The session establishes location strategy as a foundational driver of GBS performance and a lever that must be actively managed alongside the broader organizational agenda.
-
A Shifting Landscape: Changing Expectations and Emerging Challenges:Ā GBS organizations are asked to do more over time, moving from cost reduction to process transformation to innovation. -
Proven Frameworks for Talent Access and Risk Management:Ā Participants will gain structured approaches for ensuring their organization has the right skills and talent, at the right cost, in the right volume, and at an acceptable risk profile.
